It truly is a hassle to have to wade through all the Chatting and find out where all the items for the "Greatest Snowman Ever" quest, so I decided to write it all out for you. First, the 2 pieces of coal can be found in Ascalon City by talking with Vanguard Kyle, who is located next to the scribe. Second, to find the pipe, go to Droknar's Forge and talke to King Jalis. Thirdly, for the magical hat talk to Magi Malaguire in Lion's Arch. To complete the quest, go North from Bergens Hot Springs, and kill all the Grentchies and Humbugs.
