If your just starting to play the game then you will need help. Its ok to ask for help. Just click on someone's name and ask them to join your group. Alot of the time this could be yoru best friend. Also you can say "Can someone please help me with some quests(or get to next town)" in all chat. I've been playing this game for along time and trust me there are people put there that all they do is help people. Just ask around.
