Well it seems like so many people complain about doing a mission over and over again, here's a tip to hopefully help avoid that.
When you enter a party, say hello/hi/hey/hiya/wasup/sup...etc. It really makes a difference as to how friendly the people in your party are! Then before you enter the mission talk about skill sets and what kind of skills/damage your character uses/does. Groups that work together get the job done, as opposed to the groups where people run amuck and scatter... just to die; but this doesn't always happen.
Talk some strategies to your fellow party members, such as who is protecting the monk and who is disrupting the casters. Also talk about the order in which you attack groups of enemies, for example, when you come across a group of Stone Summit, I like to attack the Gnashers first, as they are the ones who spawn bone fiends out of dead bodies and cast necromancer hexes that can really disable your party.
Just make sure your party has some idea as to what they're going to do and what each players' role is for that mission or quest.
