When going around, I have noticed a lot of people complaining about the groups that they are in. Why join one, when you can make one? A smart group leader should have a general idea of the goal and strategy. Also as group leader, you have control of who to kick, add, and what not. Use that to an advantage. Before going out, or starting a mission, ask around what the specifics of each build is in your group. Notify anyone of anything that is important, ie. asking the warriors to aggro only one group at a time, one monk is just a smiting monk, etc.
Be prepared. Don't just join a random group and expect great things. It happens, but is not always a sure thing.
