HENCHMEN

(pros)
  • they stay near you at all times
  • they don't complain or insult team members
  • incapable of quitting the team
  • all non-monks carry res sig; res monks first if necessary
  • all target the same foe as you

(cons)
  • incapable of thought beyond their programming
  • skills are essentially set in stone
  • can't communicate with the team
  • generally lower level than the norm at any given location
  • eat up some of the team's gold

HUMANS
(pros)
  • capable of strategic thought
  • can easily communicate with the team
  • skills can be customized to meet the team's needs
  • some know their limits and can avoid deadly encounters
  • may offer congratulations, boosting morale and making a better team

(cons)
  • may quit the team in the middle of a quest or mission
  • may be insulting or unfriendly toward other team members
  • may charge ahead of a group without consulting or thinking beforehand
