This is one of the long quest where you have to travel alot of places back and forth and I don't mean between outpost or town. Just simply ask the one who's already done this quest to meet you up at Aspenwood Gate. Just go out and Black Moa should be there, kill it and get the reward. This method will save you at least 30 minutes.
