You can work on a build all you want. Make sure all the numbers work out. Thing about it's counters. The thing is, unless you actually test it out, you are only thinking about the build in an ideal situation. Test your build everywhere you can, as many times as you can. In pvE it is set what will happen, in PvP, it won't. It's just like in PvX Wiki, universality. It may be effective in a perfectly ideal situation but let's say it's not. Does your build completely fall apart? What if he runs away? What if he blocks? What if I'm blind? What if he is a ranger? What if he is protted?
Think about these things and your build will become a lot stronger.
