Vanquishing is not as hard as it ones seemed. Now with consumable items and lots of different skill builds to put on your heroes, vanquishing is easier than ever.
Some items to think about bringing:
* Powerstone of Courage Very useful to get rid of DP and allow you to keep vanquishing.
* Armor of Salvation helps you to take less damage, very useful when using heroes/henchmen
* Grail of Might more health, more energy, more powerful skills, why not?
* Essence of Celerity makes you faster, movement casting etc. Not as useful as the others but can help out a lot.
Now, other than items there are two main methods that can help you.
1) Wall everything that looks challenging. Things drop fast with aoe and blocked in a wall.
2) 600/smite everything. You can 600/smite just about every area so this can greatly help with vanquishing.
There are many more ways to vanquish but these are just a few helpful tips.
