If you want to take back whatever attribute points that you put into a 2nd profession, go to one of the 3 towns in the Crystal Desert (Seeker's Passage, Destiny's Gorge, or Hero's Audience) and just change your secondary profession.
{Note: You must have done the quest that requires you to go to Seeker's Passage, Destiny's Gorge, and Hero's Audience before you can change your 2nd profession}
