Equip these skils and only these skills:
Healing Breeze
Balthazar's spirit
Retribution
Smite
Banish
Bane Signet
Attributes: 12 Healing 10 Smiting 4 divine + whatever runes you are wearing
Cast Balthazar and Retribution followed by healing breeze and keep hitting him/her with smite banish and bane signet as fast as they recharge... cast healing breeze as needed
your doppleganger will be down in around 30 seconds giving you the bonus as well
