I recently maxed this title, and once I had finished, I realised to myself how I could have saved hours of my time:
Capture as many elites as you can, as you go through the game.
Whenever you start a mission, quest, or venture into an explorable area, have a quick glance at an Elite Skill list and see if you'll encounter any bosses on your way. Consider your secondary proffesion; could you capture two or more in one run?
By capturing skills as you encounter them, you can save vast amounts of time, which would otherwise be spent travelling back through missions and explorable areas which you have already done/visited, capturing skills from bosses whom you've probably already killed before.
