This applies to those whose default district is English.
If you are NOT going to trade with others or gather a group, try not to go to english districts. They are the most crowded in the game.
Example:
I am doing a FoW run, but currently I am not in ToA. I open up the map and double click on ToA. My default English district loads. There are roughly a hundred other players, all looking for a group or selling or buying. This slows down the speed at which the area loads.
Next time I opened up the map again, clicked ONCE on ToA and then I chose to load Spanish district. There were like four players in there. The area loaded very quickly and I was in FoW in a matter of two seconds.
So if you are not planning to interact with others or just passing by, choose another district. It will load a lot faster.
