These days it is not uncommon to get two Rits in the same team for missions and quests (either as primary or secondary prof). If they both use spirits, you need to compare who has what before starting (do this by ctrl-skill bar click). Why do this? If you have the same spirits, they will replace each other if both Rits cast, so you don't get, for example, 2 Pain and 2 Bloodsong present. If one Rit casts a level 6 pain, and the other Rit then casts a level 5 Pain, it will replace the level 6.
Bring different spirits to maximise the gain.
