There are 3 big farm spots in Cantha.
1. The best 1 for lvl 15-20 is in Haiju Lagoon in Shing Jea Island. There are lots of dragon lillys and grasping roots, and some bosses. dragon lillys are the best droppers on sjing jea. And the most wonderful thing is. There is a merchant ! so you can sell youre loot and just start over.
2. In Wajjun Bazaar in Kaineng City there is an small island , you can see it on the map. There are i think more then 50 jade brother hoods and 1 or 2 bosses, and lucky you there is also a merchant. You definitely need an Tank and a Monk, if you want to survive there.
3. The last and (thats my opinion) the best spot of all Cantha: Arborstone. When you complete the mission, you can go back in the cathedral. Now there all more then 100 wardens, dredges en undergrowths. So you if you lucky you find 3,4 or more goldens weapens and lots of crafting materials (including the rare sapphires and rubies !)
