When you get to the last mission in nightfall, you have to defeat the god Abaddon. This can be a rather daunting task, but here's how you do it.
Run around on the right hand loop, kill the outside groups of guardians, then the center group. Abaddon will now appear and everyone should focus on doing as much damage as possible in as short of time as possible. When he pops back into his "shell", run back up the middle as fast as you can.
Then repeat as fast and often as you can, this should take him down in about 6 minutes, as well as keep you from getting ganked by all 3 groups of guardians too.
