1) Use skills which suit your team.....if it already has one sharacter of one profession, use skills similar to those of a different one
2) Don't be stingy....buy skills this is primarily for Canthans; if you buy the right skills you will help your team so much better. Someone with rubbish skills is useless.
3) Do all quests to give you skills. The more you have, the more versatile you will be.
