Hi,
I am going to tell you about Mod on weapons such as wands staffs etc etc.
So Say your a monk and you have found a gold not max damage wand that has +5 energy while health above 50%.
you think to yourself darn not max damage, but a monk doesnt need to worry about how much damage he does 1.he should be at the back of the group away from the fighting 2.Most of the time you will be too busy casting spells to even get a fireball outta that wand.....
So the lesson is find a good wand that isnt max damage go ahead and use it!
