If you customise your weapon you'll do alot more damage, especially as a ranger, an assassin, a paragon, a dervish or a warrior. Ex.: I did a scrimmage once, no armour, no attribute points, no skills, just 2 max swords. He had an uncustomized one and i a customized one. I easily won. He was hitting for 60-95 damage per hit, and I for 75 to 130 damage... So customize your weapon IF you plan to not sell it...
