You need to have done both att. quests in order for this to work. You will need a good axe (preferably a maxed out axe with armor penetration) and a good shield. The skills you need for this to work are: Triple Chop, Lethviathan Sweep, Swift Chop, Power Attack, Cyclone Axe, Frenzy, and two other non-healing skills. Simply run at the doppelganger and start using the skills, it would immediately use Frenzy and will let you do around 100 damage per skill. If done right, this should take you 10 seconds (took me 8 seconds with a pet).
