When you activate the bonus on thunderhead keep run all the way back to the king and go as far back as possible, when you do this correctly the 2 groups coming in dont come up and just mill around killing each other, this gives you a massive advantage you can then just finish any remaining foes when you need to, but be careful a single person going too far foward will mess this up!
