When doing quests in factions you can often cut down the time it takes to do a quest in half if you just take your time and sneak past patrols, this is really easy with hench as they will always follow and pretty easy with a well coordinated group, for example the mission journey to the whirlpool from leviathan pits would have easily taken me half an hour had i fought everything along the way but i instead just avoided agro and managed it in under 10 minutes only getting involved in 3/4 small fights rather than 15.
