In PvP first of all set up you numpad keys to correspond with the player number in your team, for example the 4th person in your team would be num4, do this through controls. Learn to totally abandon the mouse as this makes you much much quicker, so use the normal number keys to cast spells and WASD for movement. And whenver your getting attacked healing only when necessary! Hope that helps
