All new players in the prophecies campaign begin the life of their character in the area known as Pre-Searing. At one point in the game (after you recieve your second profession) you will get the option to leave Pre-Searing(tutorial) and enter the main game. While most experienced players are able to go straight into the main game at a low level, I would advise that you do all of the pre-searing quests you can and be level 6-7 before you leave. This will allow you to handle some of the starting quests in Post-Searing far more easily than if you were a low level.
