For a monk, the different types of rez (ressurection spells) depend on what you're doing. If you're in a mission, for example, Rebirth is extremely helpful because you don't have to aggro the enemy in order to help your ally. But in PvP, it could quite possibly kill you because you lose the remaining energy. I find that Resurrection Chant can be fairly good, and as always Resurrect is always an option. To sum that up, you will be expected to, as a monk, have Rebirth with you on any type of PvE, but no matter what your team says, do NOT have it for PvP.
