If you don't like the way your current User Interface looks, go to the Options Page (F11) and Click on the button that says customise layout.
After that, use the yellow windows to manage the interface at your will. you can turn off almost all of the windows if you like.
To take a screenshot without the UI being shown, simply press Ctrl+Shift+H to turn it on/off, of press Shift+Print Screen to take a screen without the UI when pressing these buttons.
