Take for your coconsideration the Bandits Outside Ashford Abbey, Considering your doing the quest in wich you need the chest, you'd have to be higher than them to fight them with anything other than warrior. But, Notice your surroundings, Find something using your wit, Say the wolf, Use it like a con artist and lead it to the Bandits, it will stop chasing you once the bandits start attacking it, with the bandits distracted, Grab the chest and make as much distance as possible.
