Get 5 wood planks and 20 gold. Take it to the Crafter outside Sardelac Sanitarium and make parchment. sell that parchment on Ascalon City trader for higher gold than the one you spent.
NOTE: Do not Buy wood from the trader to do this. You need to collect wood or else you won't profit from it.
