Its that time of year again. Canthans are flocking to Shing Jea Monastery to partake in the great feast to honor the Celestial Rat. Starting today at Noon PST (8p GMT), you will be able to partake in the festivities as well.
Participate in the Dragon Arena, Rollerbeetle Racing, and the Boardwalk all starting today. And starting on Sunday, February 10th at 12:01a PST (8:01a GMT), the Celestial Rat will drop from the sky into Shing Jea Monastery every three hours to sample Canthan delicacies. The feast culminates in dancing, fireworks, and the showering of the populace with gifts, but only if the celestial enjoys its meal.

fwiw, you can still do the Elder Nofuun quest outside SSGH for 25 tokens and either a sugary drink or sparkler, but the token collector in Shing Jea has been removed ftl. :P
...another glitched/bug, you can get the Fire In The Sky quest still from the Coordinator in Shing Jea, but if you go outside, the npc is not showing up where the marker on the map is.
