Anet plans to shut down GW for network maintenance on June 20th. They are planning to move their data service to a different facility in order to reduce the time and costs of network repairs/maintenance. Their main United States data center, located in Los Angeles CA, will be moved to a different building also in Los Angeles.
Guild Wars will be closed globally for a total of 8 hours.
Starts: June 20th 10:00 pm PDT. (June 21 5:00 GMT)
Ends: June 21st 6:00 am PDT. (June 21 13:00 GMT)

At first thougt was very negative about this.. then realized this might be a good thing, especially if game play is improved. Hope GameAmp can
handle all the orphaned GW players LOL.
God, I was angry about this, thinking a whole day of faction farming down the drain...then I see that it'd be started about 7:00 PM EST...which is not bad but not the best >.<
