A new update was released just minutes ago by ArenaNet in preperation for pvpX which will start in just a little over an hour. Changes have been made to chain lightning, fireball, meteor, nature's renewal, fertile season, draw condition, divine boon, panic and more. I must say, I was disappointed with a few of these changes, but quite happy with a few others.
