 |  GUILDWARS.GAMEAMP is pleased to announce a series of screenshot competitions. The competition is open to all and requires no skill or special graphics knowledge, just the ability to submit a screenshot to the site and follow a few simple guidelines.
If you've never submitted a screen to the site before, or even never taken a screen before you can find all you need to know in this guide.
Each month will have a theme and to qualify for entry all you have to do is submit a screen that fits within that theme.
There will be 5 lucky winners chosen each month, entries will be judged by staff and each winner will recieve ingame prizes and onsite credit. The winning entries will also be featured on this page. | | Scenery(Closed) |  | The next time you take a rest from braving the battles of Ascalon, confronting the terrors of the Echovald Forest, skating on thin ice in the Jade Sea or catching your breath from another tormenting encounter in the Realm of Anguish take a second to look around. If you find yourself thinking how sweet that eye candy is take a moment to take that screen.
Sometimes a beautiful or awe inspiring glimpse of your surroundings can be enough to distract you from your present quest, when that second hits make that extra effort to grab that screen and share it with the world. |
The first competition running from Monday 22nd January until Monday 19th february is for scenic screenshots, we want to see the beautiful, atmospheric, awe inspiring world of GW.

The next time your facing one of the many gruesome (or not so gruesome) creatures across the world of GW try and get that bit more 'up close and personal'. You will be surprised at the detail and awesomeness of some of those creatures out there, often overlooked while in the throws of battle you may well be impressed.
