This build is happily brought to you by mwpeck (AKA Crimson), and one of his friends.(Harrow)
STATS:
Pretty Simple......Quite a few runes involved, but they are all relatively cheap. In this build, I used a Superior Beast Mastery, Major Expertise, Minor Wilderness Survival and a Major Vigor. (all of them cost no more then 5k, depending on the major vigor price at the time).
SKILLS:
1. Troll Unguent
2. Throw Dirt
3. Inferno
4. Oath Shot - Elite (Can be gotten as early as Iron Mines Mission from Hilios The Dutiful)
5. Dodge
6. Lightning Reflexes
7. Whirling Defense
8. Edge of Extinction
GEAR:
This build uses Druids Armor (mainly for the high energy-costing inferno).
As for weaponry, i have been doing all my runs with just a candy cane bow, but I plan on switching it out for a bow with a life mod. If you notice, I have 396 life, which does fine, but the more life, the better.(unless your a 55 monk)
CASTING:
This usually takes a lot of practice to get it down, ask harrow, took him at least 10 runs on my character to start doing semi-good with it(although his skill setups are usually different then mine).
Exit Port Sledge and head North-Northeast. Stop at about the same location shown in the screenshot.
This is a VERY picky build, if there are any grawl between you and this location, you could most likely dodge past them, but I usually rezone.
Now that you are safely there, cast Edge of Extinction at this location. (more detail on cast location in this pic:)
Make sure that no grawl are entering your aggro, otherwise, rezone.
When you run in, before leaving your spirit, cast Troll Unguent, then start running and hit dodge. Follow the path below, when your Dodge wears off, cast Lightning Reflexes. Continue running to the ledge, when your Lightning Reflexes starts to wear off cast whirling defense. (you should be coming up the final hill) Stop at the top of the hill, and start casting troll unguent, then select a close grawl, and cast Throw Dirt (try to wait untill all the melee grawl are around you). Then cast inferno, and Oath Shot. By this time, you should still have Whirling Defense, so go ahead and recast Troll Unguent. While its casting, renew Whirling Defense, and then throw dirt again to re-blind the melee. Then cast another Inferno, this should either kill them or bring them down very low (more casters = more dmg to the melee). If it does not kill them, do the best you can to wait for Oath Shot to recharge, and repeat the process.

I have done many successful runs with this method, I started doing them around 2 PM yesterday, and i made 15k in 6 hours, not counting the 5k i spent on the runes, and the time it took to perfect this build the best I could. This is not the most reliable build, but it is still the quickest money-maker build I have done, and it is also pretty fun. The only time this build does not work, is if the healer boss spawns to the left, if your new to it, you will also have trouble with the necro and ranger boss.

That is not counting the 5k for perfecting the build. Or the Superior Divine rune which I sold for 8k.
I got this idea from the great video that was posted(on grawl farming) before the AI-Update. Credit goes to that person (sorry, cant remember the name), Harrow, who ran and power leveled me. And another friend who helped me for 3 days in an attempt to get Oath Shot, even though we had just met each other on the first day.
