This is mainly a PvP type character. Casting Awaken the Blood can get you up to
a total of 18 Blood Magic (if you have the right rune) which makes Vampirc Touch
and Mark of Subversion really do some good damage and healer hate. The
enchantment removal is usually necessary for killing a healer. Inspired Hex
is there to help out your teammates. The two mantras are an intersting way to
get mana really quickly. Cast Mantra of Recall before the battle, then use
Mantra of Concentration for a free 20+ mana. You will need this mana to
cast Vampiric Touch repeatedly.
Good Stuff: This is an excellent support character in PvP. He can make the
difference between getting a kill or not. He should require little in the way of
healing since Vampiric Touch heals about as well as an orison and if Mark of
Subversion ever gets triggered you are nearly invincible.
Bad Stuff: Low damage output. You almost have to rely on other characters to do
the damage for you. This is quite typical of necromancer builds however. This
build requires a bit of mana fixing, which means you have to watch your mana bar
a lot, figure the right time to replace Mantra of Concentration with Mantra of
Recall in a battle.
Improvements: You could replace one of the enchantment removals with Rend
Enchantments. This would require you putting some points into Curses from
somewhere. Also you could replace Inpired Hex with Rigor Mortis if you find that
there is a lot of wards being placed around your targets.
