Beating the Elemental Mirror is relatively easy with two skills.
Upon entering make sure to hit tab quickly to target the doppleganger and cast meteor shower to interupt him.
Follow this with FireStorm and then quickly move out of the way.
It's good to have a full skill bar as the doppleganger tends to use the first or second skill on it his first cast.
