I have been farmign there for a while now and i have found that SH and SoA are not really needed. i just replaced them with 2 smiting skills to make things faster.
I've heard of this farm a while ago from a friend but havnt tried it yet - needless to say you'll probably see me there in a few hours^^
Amazing job on the Guide - By far the easiest to read and best put together one I have ever seen.
Hehe, first run trying this with my boyfriend, we decided to do a run together by splitting up and killing mobs seperately...and HE gets a req 9 perfect Dead Sword, a Dead Bow, 2 Lockpicks and dyes....and I get a bunch of Skeletal Limbs and crafting mats >< The undead are biased I say!
i recommend replacing SoA and shielding hands with holy strike and kirins wrath. this allows u to kill much faster, and u can kill spellcasters with holystrike once wars r dead. also u can finish war boss on first SoJ without ur technique, just holy strike him when hes down ^^

That's a very nice guide but you are missing out on a chance to get elite elementalist tomes, if you use the crusher to kill the harpy healers you can kill Modoss Darkwind and his buddies.
Did it last nite a couple times got total of 5 golds a bunch of pruples and some runes.
I added smite hex to help me get past the frigid scales but I left SoA. With SoA up you can actually stand right in the middle of the fire traps and it kills the surrounding warriors very quickly. I am going to have to holy strike to see how it works (my monk is only level 5on my SS title track). Thanks again for the guide.
Fantastic looking guide, very visually pleasing. I'd like that kind of guide making knowledge for my own guides. As for the content itself, I loathe farming and avoid it at all costs. This does appear to be a solid way to go about it though.
Your screen on the Loot seems to be the typical bragging screen placed on almost all farm builds which is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. By that I mean it appears you received better than normal drops on that particular run and are showing a bias to how good the farm actually is. However, if I'm mistaken, this farm deserves that much more credit.

I personally only use Shielding Hands, instead of SoA I take Holy Strike, I only have to use shielding hands on the first, massive group(its like 3 groups combined), once they flee from SoJ, the damage reduction is not needed.
Also, if your going to use both SoA and shielding hands a good bit, drop essence bond, you do NOT gain energy from it when you take 0 dmg. Instead bring something like blessed sig, with 2 perm enchants, its only 6 energy, but that little bit, with 2 regen, can help you get ready for the next fight.

I want to say 1st that it's finally nice to read an guide that's enjoyable..the layout and look are great and i'm sure took u alot of dedicated time. Aswell i liked the affects like "eek" u thru in there. Anyway as to the guide itself i agreed with everything but one lol. That's essence bond...if u'll read it's deion only when u take damage does it give u energy...so with soa and shielding always up u get no benefit from it b/c the damage is reduced to zero...i would recommend watchful spirit just for the extra reg. boost or holy strike or what not. Otherwise Great Job!!!
Also, with taking holy strike in place of one of the shields(SoA or SH, NOT SoJ), you can kill the warrior boss in 1 shield without pulling him into the fire. :)

hehe the trick is to cast SoJ before the 3rd group reaches u, this way they get knocked down and attack fast enuf to kill u and cast kirins wrath as soon as they come. this way they will take heap of dmg from kirins. ^^

you can replace shielding hands with spear of light, its really nice to have it to kill the last bit of those %&#@%(*$ necros that always have 5% health left when SoJ runs out, and there is no spike at all! Further i can kill dread lord ohnra in one SoJ.

Standard 55 really, rune setup and attributes are down to you. You'll find it's very easy and adjustable, as people have suggested quite a few alterations, that they prefer. This is just how I've always ran it.
Great guide. I use all of the spells except SOA, Ive replaced it with a spell of my liking and I usually farm without my Grim Cesta. Ive farmed here but have found that I make more money vanquishing a certain area over and over again, salvaging whites and keeping blues and purples with about 3-5 gold drops per run.
