HI ALL, WELCOME TO MY SECOND GUIDE!
This is a build i used while going for the legendary survior title with my paragon, it is a paragon/elementalist build designed to reduce damage to your entire party with the use of the paragon skill "there on fire!". lets start with the skills and attributes and ill explain in more detail as we go on.
ATTRIBUTES:
You will only need to put your attribute points into 2 catagories for this build.
fire magic --- 12
leadership --- 12+1+3
EQUIPMENT: Radiant armour would be best for the extra energy however not essential, as this is a PVE primary build you will always be in a large party and taking advantage of your primary attribute leadership, This will keep your energy high at all times even if your spamming your skills in my expierence.
You will need a fire staff as your weapon of choice, with +5 energy, +5 energy^50% hp and maybe a health mod of 30hp.
this should be easy enough to come across, i stole mine from zhed my hero :P.
finally the best vigor rune you can afford and a superior leadership rune, the rest and be runes of attunement if you like just for that extra bit of energy.

Now that you can see the skills ill explain where this build is designed for.
This is a PVE build(as it works best in a large party for the energy gain from your primary atrtribute)designed for team buffing and greatly helping the monks in your team out by reducing the overall damage to your party by 37%!
If you co-ordinate with your parties elementalists before you start your mission/quest to make sure they bring skills such as searing flames, immolate etc to keep your your foes burning it can be a great help, however this build does not rely on other party members to inflict burning as you are more than capable of doing this yourself. Also if possible see if your party members can use weapons that deal fire damage to help trigger mark of rodgart.
You should have \"there on fire!\" constantly in affect with this build, followed by mark of rodgart on target foe and anthem of flame on your allies, then just use offensive skills as they recharge^^ even with mark of rodgart costing 15 energy to cast its no problem as you also have some good energy management skills to boost your mana pool(glowing gaze, glowing signet). defensive anthem was my choice of elite but not essential so feel free to explore with different elites to see if you find something better, or more to your style.
So basically its a simple buffing build that keeps a constant degen on your foes while maintaining a constant damage reduction on your allies, i really hope you try it out at least once! and enjoy^^
