Hello everyone, here's another Paragon Build which is a combination between a condition build and a support build.
Attribute points and Skills:
Template Code: OQCjUanLKPy71NHuC3jByDZVMA
Runes: Spear Mastery: +1, Motivation: +3, Leadership: +1, and some vigors
Armor: Normal Elonian (80, +5 energy)
Usage of the build:
This is an PvE build which can be used in PvP also (but i don't have much experience with that), but it certainly wont work as a solo farming build.
First of all, try to stay away from battle because there is no self-healing here (mending refrain can help you out on crucial points),
but stay close enough to your team mates so they will benefit from you chouts and chants.
Signet of Return: Very usefull ressurection skill, which works best if there are party members around.
Restoration Skills: Song and Ballad of Restoration are two great skills which can help a monk in the party with healing.
As you can see "Song of Restoration" has a recharge time of 15 sec, while "Ballad of restoration" has one of 20 sec. In hard
battles, where much healing is necessary, you better first use Ballad and when that one is about half way recharged use
Song, and go on like this. These Skills can also be used right before you run into a group as a sort of buffer.
Burning Skills: "Anthem of Flame" and "They're on Fire" both have a recharge time of 10 seconds, so you use Anthem and directly
after that They're on Fire. This combination helps you on two fronts; first of all you enemies start burning, losing health,
and "They're on Fire" helps your party from tacking too much damage. [You can also use burning refrain for getting your foes burning]
The elementalist's skill "Searing Flames" (Target foe and all nearby foes are struck with Searing Flames. Foes already on fire when this
Skill is cast are struck for 7..112 fire damage. Foes not already on fire begin Burning for 1..7 seconds.),
works also nice in combination with "They're on Fire". Try to keep these two shouts up during the whole batle.
Spear Mastery Skills: As you see i only use adrenaline skills for attacking, so i can keep my energy for the support skills.
The leadership makes sure you won't run out of energy. (A Paragon gains 1 Energy for each ally affected by one of the Paragon's
Shouts or Chants, up to a maximum of 1 Energy for every 2 ranks.) Little detail, i use a Furious Spear, which makes the adrenaline easier to get.
Barbed Spear doens't need that much adrenaline and is a good skill to get your foe bleeding and burning at the same time. (Anthem of Flame)
Merciless Spear is a skill you shoul only use when your foe is under 50% health, causing a deep wound. The burning, bleeding and deep wound
together help finishing of an enemy quite easy. If you know the enemies you are going to fight are not able of bleeding you can replace
"Barbed Spear" by "Mighty Throw", this skill only uses two adrenaline and causes a nice amount of damage.
Your role in THIS build is to support your party and to cause conditions, not to do great damage.
Mending Refrain: I think there are enough chants and chouts that can keep "Meding Refrain" up. If you want to use more direct healing,
you can replace it by "Signet of Synergy".
5 unused attribute points: I know it is quite a shame that these or not used. If you insist on using them, you can replace mending refrain (or signet of return), with a skill of your sec profession. Epidemic, for example, would work nice i think.

I use this build in PvE for some time now, and i got the feeling it is a good combination of support and causing conditions. It helped me out against Varesh too.
I hope it helps, and all comment and questions are welcome !
Grtz. Agamemnon Two
