Okay well Keo just made a guide on a way to make siggies but you have to pay for the software... so I am going to show you guys a way to make free ones!
First you can download the free trial of the sofware that we will be using (I use the free trial too) here:
Animation Shop 3
Then make sure all your images you want are the same size:
STEP ONE
Open up Animation Shop 3 and click on Animation Wizard:
STEP TWO
Press the next button 3 times then change the time of each frame to how long you want it to be.
It's to the 100th so 100/100th would be 1 second, and 250/100th would be 2.5 seconds.
STEP THREE
Then add your images in the order you want them and then press Next then Finish.
STEP FOUR
Now you can test it by clicking View then Animation.
You finished product should come out something like this:
