This build is for players that want to chest run Witman's Folly with a ranger. It follows the same route as the warrior build already made so I can't take all the credit.
The Route
Red = Running Path
Yellow = Chests don't spawn as much
Green = Chests spawn here more often
Skills
Attributes
Equipment
Perferably a Druid Set or a Sentry Set
A sword or an axe with a +30health mod
A tactics shield with +30hp or +(number of health) while hexed both works fine
The Run
Start off in Droks. Zone out then start cycling Escape, Dodge, then Zojun's Haste. Basically run along this path until you've reached a chest. When you've reached a chest, cast Whirling Defense or keep cycling between the running skills. But be sure to cast Troll Unguent so you won't die when opening the chest and taking the loot. Then continue running down the path until you reach the yellow dots. Azure Shadows spawn here and the size is always random, ranging from 1 to 5. Quickly use Balanced Stance and continue going down the path. If more pops up, quickly cast Troll Unguent. When they all finish using Signet of Judgement, start cycling the run skills but this time start with Dodge for a faster escape. Healing Signet is optional here. Continue the run to the end and then map back to Droks.
Troubles
***Lag could easily kill you***
***Karobo DimDim usually spawn near Azure Shadows so his life siphon combined with Signet of Judgements could be trouble for you***
***Sakalo Yawpyawl(warrior boss) usually spawns with other warrior grawls and they can easily bodyblock you***
***Chests spawned close to Shadows may help THEIR Signet of Judgement recharge because it only have a 20sec recharge time and the range is pretty large. If you die here, just start the run again, Balance Stance, pick up the loot, run for your life***
Notes
*Shields Up does stack with the stances which makes it 100% blocking and will take no damage at all. This is suggested at the end because of the large group of Grawl spawns.
*Whirling Defense can be substituted with None Shall Pass which can give you a second of relief from close enemies.
*E-management is not a concern AT ALL. With 15 expertise and the low energy cost of the running skills, your energy should never drop to around 10.
Please give some constructive critism if you want and I hope there will be more ranger runners in Witman's Folly. Rangers FTW =D!!!
