This is my first guide so be nice :)
I have been using this build for awhile to get my Treasure Hunter title up and its the easiest way for chest running that i've seen. The good thing about this is that it uses Prophecies only skills. (which can be a bad thing at the same time if you dont own Prophecies)
Runes:
Tatics +3 (on a tatics helm, you can use strength if you want i just use this to extend charge! and balanced stance)
Superior Vigor
Superior Absorbtion
Skillz
What to do:
Buy about 4-6 keys to start out. Leave Droknars Forge and enter Witman's Folly. Put mending on right away. The Red path at the bottom is the route that i take and find 2-3 chests. The green path is part of the run i dont usually take because its a dead end and i've never found a chest over there. The yellow spots are where most of the chests are found. The Yellow "X" in the center i find a chest almost every run. Through the whole run i can open 2-3 Chests. Sometimes the drops are good or bad. This is mostly used for getting the title up and if you have good luck you can get some good mods.
