Attributes:
Dagger Mastery: 11+1
Critical Strikes: 9+1
Deadly Arts: 9+3+1
Shadow Arts: 6+1
Total attribute points used: 194
Equipment:
Use the armor that gives +15 armor while attacking.
Use minor runes, 1 superior rune of Deadly Arts and 1 superior Vigor.
Use any kind of daggers. Probably Vampiric, Poisonous, or Barbed would be the best to inflict more damage or longer degeneration.
+15% damage while Enchanted is good, or +15% vs Hexed Foes, or +15% while Health is above 50%.
Use +30 health suffix.
Skills:
Expose Defenses: Lasts 18 seconds with 13 Deadly Arts. Your target foe cannot "block" or "evade" your attacks. Hex Spell.
Way of the Empty Palm: Lasts 18 seconds with 13 Deadly Arts. Your off-hand and dual attacks cost no Energy. Elite Enchantment Spell.
Black Spider Strike: Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, this attack strikes for +27 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 17 seconds with 12 Dagger Mastery. Off-hand Attack.
Signet of Toxic Shock: If target foe is suffering from Poison, that foe takes 88 damage with 13 Deadly Arts. Signet.
Repeating Strike: Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +26 damage with 12 Dagger Mastery. If it misses, it takes an additional 15 seconds to recharge. Off-hand Attack.
Twisting Fangs: Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +17 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 15 seconds with 10 Critical Strikes. Dual Attack.
Dark Escape: Lasts 10 seconds with 7 Shadow Arts. You move 25% faster and take half damage. Stance.
Feigned Neutrality: Lasts 10 seconds with 7 Shadow Arts. You gain +7 health regeneration and +80 armor. Enchantment Spell.
Tactics:
Use the skills in the order I listed. Enemies can't block nor evade you. Hex Spell triggers Black Spider Strike, which causes Poison. It synergies well with Signet Of Toxic Shock. You can spam Repeating Strike as long as you want and WotEP lasts. Finish your combo with Twisting Fangs, which adds more degeneration and deep wound.
If you get in tough situation just activate Dark Escape and then Feigned Neutrality. Use these 2 in this order, as using Skills or Attacking will cancel Feigned Neutrality.
