Varient of this build Varient
Well this is a rather old build that I use and it has all skills from prophecies. So if you dont have nightfall and or factions. dont worry! (if you dont have prophecies...sorry) The key to this build is attacking a enemy with 60+ spells constanly without running out of energy and also getting healed.
Attributes:
Air Magic: 12+1+3= 16
Energy Storage= 12+1 = 13 ( or 14 with major run)
Skills
Lightning Javelin
Spell. Send out a Lightning Javelin that strikes for 15-43 lightning damage if it hits. If Lightning Javelin strikes an attacking foe, that foe is interrupted. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
Enervating Charge
Spell. Target foe is struck for 5-41 lightning damage and suffers from weakness for 5-17 seconds. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
Lightning Orb
Spell. Lightning Orb flies towards target foe and strikes for 10-82 lightning damage if it hits. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
Lightning Strike
Spell. Strike target foe for 5-41 lightning damage. This spell has 25% armor penetration.
Elemental Attunement{E}
Elite Enchantment. For 30-50 seconds, you are attuned to Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. You gain 50% of the Energy cost of the spell each time you use magic associated with any of these elements.
Air Attunement
Enchantment. For 36-55 seconds, you are attuned to Air. You gain 30% of the Energy cost of the skill whenever you use Air Magic.
Aura of Restoration
Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, you are healed for 152%-350% of the energy cost each time you cast a spell.

How it works
I use this build mostly in PvP cause re applying all the enchantments can be pretty annoying in some long PvE's. So once you have picked your target. cast all 3 enchantments up. Lets take a warrior with standard warrior skills equipt. You have your attunements up and you give him a nice blow with lightning orb. That gets his attention and he comes over to you to start and try to beat you down. Hit him with enervating charge to weaken him and his attacks. Then spam Javlin as much as possible sometimes with an orb to greatly lower his or her health. The Javlin also will interupt the attack everytime(if he is attacking). You also have constant heals coming at you from your enchantments. Double attuning this helps you with energy by only draining 1-3 energy most time. If you come across a caster (non-dom mes) then try and use all the skills as much as possible. With rangers I highly recommend that you use javlin due to the fact that it interpts. This skill also probably works on casters, im not sure if it interupts casters...it says attacking not while using skill or casting spell. KEY:::: make sure you have all 3 attunes up.
IF I decided to take this build into AB. I highly suggest that you bring windborn speed (instead of rez) cause the main idea is to hold the control points right?
Equiptment
Armor: your preference, doesnt affect this build. Maybe the energy one but energy is never a problem
Weapon: Obviously a Air staff thats 20/20 with a health bonus. Thats what I use
