W/P Support Warrior
This PvE build is not intended to deal a great amount of damage, but to defensively support oneself as well as help the team.
Attributes
Strength(9) = 8+1
Swordsmanship(10) = 8+1+1
Tactics(13) = 11+2
Command(1) = 1
Motivation(9) = 9
Using a minor rune, instead-of a major, for tactics will work for the build. Just make sure tactics has 13 points.
Armor
Any armor will do, this build does not rely on too much energy, so using damage reducing armor would do better with this build.
Weapons
Any weapon will do for this build, since this in not a damage dealing build. Even an axe or hammer will suit just fine, since only 1 attack skill is used.

How To Use
There is no real order on using these skills, beside keep them up and running. Mending Refrain and "Shields Up!" should be cast right before a battle, the other skills should be obvious on how to use...
Auspicious Parry
Use this to block an attack and gain 4 strikes on adrenaline easy. Skills that are used often in this build run on adrenaline.
Silverwing Slash
Use this to add just a little more damage when attacking. This skill can be swapped if you prefer a different sword attack, or even an axe or hammer attack. Swapped skill must be adenaline based.
Go for the Eyes!
The use of this skill is really not intended for the bonus critical for you and the team, but to reapply Mending Refrain and gain health from Finale of Restoration.
Watch Yourself!
Gain some armor for yourself and your party. Keep this up and running, but make you let "Watch Yourself!" end before you start it up again to reapply Mending Refrain and gain health from Finale of Restoration.
Shields Up!
Start this right before you go into battle so the party will have some more defense. Keep this skill up as often as possible.
Signet of Return
Use this on a fallen party member; monks do die, so somebody needs to revive the team.
Mending Refrain
Use this on yourself right before a battle. You will now have a +3 health regeneration. This will be reapplied every time a shout ends. So every time Auspicious Parry is used, then "Go for the Eyes!", this will be renewed. During battles this should not need to be recast again, so it might be a good idea to help the monks out and cast this on a fellow party member if there is enough energy to spare.
Finale of Restoration
Use this during a battle to gain some extra health every time one of your shouts end. If you are taking damage, Auspicious Parry should be kicking in, letting you use "Go for the Eyes!" shout, letting you get some health without having to take the time to cast anything.
