Ok, this is my first guide, and this is an original alliance battle build that I came up with. The name Snailianator doesn't mean anything, just me making fun of my name (^_^)
Ok, I use a PVP only character for this but with the same equipment/stats you could use a regular pve character also. I highly recommend that you have both 15 attribute point quests completed if you are going to use a pve character.
Here is the Equipment:
For those who are on mobile browsers (like a psp) here is a typed out list of the items you need:
Duelist's Helm of Superior Vigor
Gladiator's Hauberk of Superior Absorbtion
Gladiator's Gauntlets of Major Swordsmanship
Gladiator's Leggings of Minor Strength
Knight's Boots of Minor Tactics
Shield Stats Should be:
Req 9 Strength
HP+ 30
Damage -5 (20% chance)
Sword 1 Stats:
Req 9 Swordsmanship
Damage +15% While health is over 50%
Lengthens Crippling Duration on Foes by 33%
Enchantments Last 20% Longer
Sword 2 Stats:
Req 9 Swordsmanship
Damage +15% While health is over 50%
Armor Penetration 20% Chance 20%
Swordsmanship +1 Chance 20%
The Attributes and Skills are:
Typed-up version of Attributes and Skills:
Healing Prayers - 9
Smiting Prayers - 0
Protection Prayers - 0
Strength - 9 +1 =10
Axe Mastery - 0
Hammer Mastery - 0
Swordsmanship - 12 +1 +2 =15
Tactics - 3 +1 =4
Skills:
Sever Artery:
If this attack hits, the opponent begins bleeding for 5-21 seconds, losing health over time.
Gash:
If this attack hits a bleeding foe, you strike for 5-17 more damage and that foe suffers a deep wound, lowering that foe's maximum health by 20% for 5-17 seconds.
Galrath Slash:
This attack strikes for +1-32 damage if it hits.
Final Thrust:
Lose all adrenaline. If Final Thrust hits, you deal 1-32 more damage. This damage is doubled if your target was below 50% health.
Hamstring:
If this attack hits, your target is crippled for 3-13 seconds, slowing his movement.
Rush:
For 8-18 seconds, you move 25% faster.
Healing Hands (ELITE):
For 10 seconds, whenever target ally is struck by an attack, that ally is healed for 5-35 health. This is an elite skill.
Healing Breeze:
For 10 seconds, target ally gains health regeneration of 3-8.
Strategy:
It doesn't really matter which sword you use, I use the first one but if you want more damage then go for the second one, although it won't be a lot more damage, just a bit. I prefer the first one because it keeps them crippled longer which means my energy can regen a little longer before I use the next cripple and my healing lasts longer too which is nice. When you are fighting casters, it is always a good idea to keep them crippled as much as you can, so use skill 5 on them right away. Keep attacking and spam 1-4. Use 4 when their health is below 50% to get the most benefit from it. If your opponent starts running, cripple again and activate 6, rush. This way, you will be moving much faster than them allowing more attacks to hit them. Rush only takes four adrenaline to activate so use it again after it runs out. Don't forget to re-cripple after it runs out. Against other classes you dont have to cripple them but if you see them start to run away, feel free to hamstring/rush and finish them off. When health is running low activate Healing Hands (ELITE). This is a real life saver if fighting multiple melee attackers and against Minion Master's minions. Against degen use healing breeze. If you are wondering why there is no res, the answer is because this is pretty much an alliance battle only build. If you die in alliance battle you get ressed pretty quickly with no death penalty. You can probably alter this build a little to make it work in other pvp/pve environments though.
If you want help ingame contact me at either one of my IGN's: Snail from Hell and Soviet Commrade.
I hope you enjoyed this guide and it helps you out in Alliance Battle.
Till next time : )
