So you want Sentinel Armor, a shield like Malions +45 hp while enchanted -2 dmg while enchanted, and a furious sword like Ssakis Sword.

Watch Yourself
Riposte
Dolyak Signet
Healing Signet
Mending
Live Vicariously
Start off at Augury Rock and exit to Skyward Reach.
As soon as you go outside, hit mending and live vicariously. Then run up and aggro hydras. How ever many you want. Hit Dolyak and then start attacking them. Now all you have to do is maintain defy, watch, riposte, and dolyak. The hydras will kill themselves on riposte and garalath also helps.
Now just rinse and repeat =D
You can also replace watch and healing for sever artery and gash. Healing sig is just in case your health runs low which has never happened to me. Watch is just for some extra armor.
