Well, here is my very first build guide! I decided to put up the current build that I am using and since I haven't seen any good PvE Hydromancer builds, I thought I would share mine.
I basically use mine for farming greens in SF with 6 henchies. It kills about an hour or so and for me, it's a lot of fun. So, let's start!
Stats
This is how I have placed my stats
The following show my armor set. It just happens to be 15K Hydro armor, dyed with a silver+blue combo.
Armor
As you can see I am using a Superior Water and a Superior Energy Storage. Currently I am only using a Major Vigor and it works just fine.
My weapon of choice is Flint's Fleshclear.

Now on to my skill set.

Strategy
My basic order of casting is this:
1. Vital Blessing
--approach group of baddies
2. Water attunement
3. Conjure frost
--engage group of baddies
4. Deep freeze
5. Maelstrom
6. Ether renewel
7. Ice spear -- spam
And repeat....
This has worked for me in SF very well. I bring two fighter henchies, two monk henchies, Cynn and Eve and we rock the house!
