A very commonly asked question,a nd one that has no real answer. Any and all professions can work well in any combination, and warriors are no different. I am going to run through some, but definately not all, the skills each class offers which a warrior can use well:
Elementalist:
Armour Of Earth
Gives you 30 seconds of a huge armour bonus, which is always a good thing for warriors.
Whirlwind
Knocks down (If they are attacking) and damages everyone next to you, especially good with...
Aftershock
Ten energy, hits everyone next to you and whenever someone next to you is knocked down does around double damage! This is especially effective for a knockdown hammer warrior.
Conjure *Element*
Use these spells with an elemental weapon, and it is just like an extra 17 elemental damage a hit, for only 10 energy every minute.
Mesmer:
Inspired Enchantment
Use them to rip off those annoying enchantments those monks throw on themselves, then cast them on you! Beautiful.
Inspired Hex
same as inspired enchantment, except you are taking a hex off youself and giving it back to them!
Power Drain
Got a spellcasters casting a spell you want broken? use this to inturrupt it and gain huge amounts of energy as a bonus.
Illusion Of Weakness
Basically an extra 100-200 health, plus "while enchanted" weapons and offhands rule with this on.
Monk (NOTE: Noobish players have given W/Mos a bad name, so it may be hard getting a TA team as one)
Remove Hex/Smite Hex/Holy veil
Pulls of hexes, and in the case of Holy Veils slows their casting of them.
Purge Conditions
Remove these evil blinds and weaknesses. Now, time to kill that annoying condition spreader.
Succor
Use only signets, adrenaline and this. Cast it on some spellcasters, 2 of them, then run in and kill everything, your high energy spells backing you up.
Strength Of Honour
+7-11 damage per hit is always useful.
Judges Insight
It means you get 20% armour penetration ALWAYS (Take that sundering mods) and do holy damage, which very few things ahve armour against and some necros even take extra damage!
NOTE: Monk is also used for running (Running past enemies without fighting from one place to another) and farming (Killing certain enemies with only yourself and maybe a few henchies to get gold).
Necromancer
Plague Touch
For only 5 energy, give them back their own condition! Whats more, it is spammable, so you can use it as long as you have energy.
Enfeeble
Give enemy warriors weakness, meaning they do next to no damage.
Vampiric Touch
Its rather costly, but its an attack and a heal.
Order Of Pain
Only good when you need to do a quick bit of damage, at the cost of some health you do an extra 10 or so damage for a few hits.
Ranger
Antidote Signet
Removes Poison and Disease, but also the bane of warriors BLINDNESS!!! Its also a signet, so no energy, and you can cast it every 10 seconds!
Apply Poison
This will mean all your weapon hits will poison your foe, and when combined with a multi-strike like Cyclone Axe is is great for mass-poison!
Throw Dirt
Blind your enemy warriors! Buahahahaha.
Traps
Your enemy comes to you, BAM! Conditioned like a madthing.
Melandru's Resilience (Elite Skill)
Warriors are mainly killed by hexes and conditions... This can last up to 15 seconds, has 20 seconds recharge and gives you health AND energy regeneration for every hex or condition on you!
Winnowing
This works for opposing warriors too, but it means all physical damage does an extra 4!
There are, of course, others but these are just samples.
Oh, and you can change your secondary after getting ascended, so if you think you made the wrong choice don't panic!
