As requested, here is a Southern Shiverpeak Mo/R runner.
Attributes/Skills/Weapons/Armor:
The armor is not required to be that exact setup, but i have found it to be to my best preference.
The Fiery Flame Spitter NEEDS to have a 20% enchanting mod on it, the weapon itself only lowers the chance for a quick recharge by 10%, however, it makes your spellbreaker last 20% longer, all the time, therefore the times it doesnt have a fast recharge, it will still have less time to fully recharge after it is over(half a second at the most with serpents quickness).
For the usage, this can run from warcamp -> Citadel -> Copperhammer, in any order. It can also run from Iron Mines -> Thunderhead Keep -> Grotto in any order.
When you first go into a zone, cast both permenant enchantments (Blessed Aura and Watchful Spirit). Then if you want, wait for energy regen. When you come to the first group of monstersm activate Serpents Quickness, then Spell Breaker just outside of the aggro. Begin to run through and cast Storm Chaser as it will make you run faster(obviously) and give you tons of energy. When your Spell Breaker begins flashing, get ready to cast it again and continue running. You may want to use dodge for the short period that Stormchaser needs to finish recharging. Cast stormchaser again if needed, by the time the second spellbreaker wears off, you should be clear of danger for at least a little bit of time, long enough for serpents quickness to recharge as well as your other skills. Just continue this until you reach your destination.
Some of you may wonder why I dont use mending and get +3 regen. The awnser is rather simple. If you read Watchful Spirits description, when it ends it heals you for 190 life.
This can be extreamly helpful for those times you health goes rather low as it is usually when you are towards the end of the aggro of a group of monsters. All you have to do is double-click is Icon in the skill monitor area to deactivate the skill and instantly heal yourself for almost 200 life.
Thanks for taking the time to view my Guide, And to those who were wondering about this type of running, you are welcome. :)
