I've found another area to farm the griffins, with an added bonus of being able to kill sandworms as well. I'm getting an average of 2 bleached shells and 2k per run. (4k) Plus numerous drops amd wings.
There are approximately 26 griffens on this path and 6 to 7 sandworms.
I avoid all sand elementals and sand giants like the plague. You will notice on my path where I will double back slightly.
I start at Dunes and fight or run past the enchanteds and go through the teleportal. I make my way East to the bottom area gate. Once you go through it and come back the path takes you North to another area, you effectively move through 3 area's much like the Etten farming route.

My skills are:
1. Gladiator's Defense Elite Skill
For 5-11 seconds, you have 75% chance to block incoming attacks. Whenever you block a melee attack this way, the attacker suffers 5-35 damage. AT current attributes 11 seconds and 35 damage
2. Deadly Riposte
For 8 seconds, while you have a sword equipped, you block the next attack against you and your attacker takes 15-75 damage and begins bleeding for 3-25 seconds. Current attributes 75 damage and 25 bleeding time.
3. Riposte
For 8 seconds, while you have a sword equipped, you block the next attack against you, and your attacker takes 20-80 damage. 80 damage current.
4. Bonetti's Defense
For 5-10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming melee attacks and arrows. You gain 5 energy for each successful melee attack blocked. Bonetti's Defense ends if you use a skill. 11 seconds
5. Sprint
For 8-13 seconds, you move 25% faster. 12 seconds
6. Healing Signet
You gain 40-152 health. You have -40 armor while using this Skill. 152 Health
7. Mending
While you maintain this enchantment, target ally gains health regeneration of +1-3. In addition to the initial energy cost, you also lose 1 point of energy regeneration while the enchantment is in effect. +3 mending at these attribs
8. Live Vicariously
While you maintain this enchantment, whenever target ally hits a foe, you gain 2-17 health. In addition to the initial energy cost, you also lose 1 point of energy regeneration while the enchantment is in effect. +11 Health per attack at this attribute setting.
This build kills sandworms fairly quickly and has little trouble with 9 griffens at a time or 2 sandworms at a time.
Cast mending and wait for energy to fully recharge.
Cast Live Vicarlously
Go look for your targets
Glads Defense as you run in for the griffens
Then both repostes.
When energy becomes an issue use Bonetti's Defense.
Repeat until dead.
