Hello, welcome to my third guide. It is mainly a 1v1 build that can be used in PvP. It is an anti melee/range build, pretty much a guaranteed win, as ther are only a few counters, some of which are rarely used.
with all of my builds, I did create it myself, a week or two after factions release. But like almost all builds, someone else thinks up a similar variaton.

The skills and attributes are as follows:
These are the skills (left to right,using my attributes):
Signet of Midnight- 0-3/4-15 Elite Signet. You and target touched foe become blinded for 15 seconds. Attribute: None
Signet of Malice- 0-1/4-5 Signet. For each condition suffered by target foe, you lose one condition. Attribute: None
Unseen Fury- 5-0-45 Stance. For 48 seconds, you cannot be "blocked" or "evaded" by blinded foes. Attribute: Shadow Arts
Jagged Strike- 5-0-4 Lead Attack. If Jagged Strike hits, your target suffers from bleeding for 9 seconds. Attribute: Dagger Mastery
Wild Strike- 5-0-4 Off-Hand Attack. Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +37 damage and any Stance being used by your target ends. Attribute:Dagger Mastery
Twisting Fangs- 10-0-15 Dual Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for + 15 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 13 seconds. Attribute: Critical Strikes
Death Blossom- 5-0-12 Dual Attack. Must follow an offhand attack. If it hits, Death Blossom strikes for +47 damage and all adjacent foes take 47 damage. Attribute: Dagger Mastery
Shadow Refuge- 5-1-8 Enchantment Spell. For 4 seconds, you gain 9 health regeneration. When Shadow Refuge ends, you gain 64 health if you are attacking. Attribute: Shadow Arts
My daggers are Cruel PvP Daggers of Enchanting.
Usage: Attack someone and immediately cast signet of midnight then sigmet of malice, leaving them blind.
Cast unseen fury to hit through any stances they have.
Jagged strike and wild strike are used for the 4 second rechage, letting you use your powerful dual attacks very fast. Once you finish your 2 attack chains, you may need to re apply blind if they are not already dead. They should be dead in a few hits after that. Also take advantages of signet of malice's fast recharge against conditions you maybe get. Probably from a dervish inevitable removing certain enchantments. If you find them spamming their healing sub in disruption where you want.
Counters: Condition Removal will take away your blind, making you a normal sin, which most likely means your dead. Try to get bleeding/deep wound on fast to cover blind from single condition removal skills.
Illusionary weaponry will hit right through your blind. The only way to kill an IW is to disrupt the cast if you brang disruption, or just over power them with the speed of the assassin.
